Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookie

1 cup reduced fat Peanut Butter3/4 cup brown sugar1/2 cup oats1/4 cup egg substitute1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Mix all ingredients
Place balls of cookie dough on cookie sheet coated in non-stick spray, and press with fork
Bake at 350 for 9 minutes

    These are quick and easy to make, I made them with coconut sugar and natural peanut butter. I also added 3 dark chocolate chips per cookie. - 3/23/17
