Low Cal/Low Fat Peanut Butter Pie

1 8-inch low fat graham cracker crust8 oz. fat-free cream cheese, softened2/3 cup powdered sugar1/2 cup low-fat peanut butter1/2 cup nonfat milk (skim)1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract8 oz. fat-free frozen whipped topping, thawed
Using an electric mixer, blend the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add the peanut butter, milk, and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
Fold in the whipped topping. Spread mixture in the pie crust and smooth the top. Freeze until firm. Remove from freezer and let stand 15 minutes prior to serving. Refreeze leftovers.
