Apple Oatmeal Protein Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt2 cups of dry instant oatmeal2 1/2 scoops vanilla protein powder 1/2 teaspoon baking powder1 apple diced fine2 tablespoons cinnamon2 eggs or 4 egg whites for less fat
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Spray muffin pan with non stick cooking spray.
Put batter into muffin pan.
Bake for about 15 minutes. May need longer.
