Healthier Gluten Free Strawberry Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries1/2 cup pure cane sugar1/3 cup coconut oil2 eggs1 1/2 cups gluten free all purpose flour1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Mash strawberries in mixing bowl add sugar, coconut oil (melted) and eggs and stir together. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until moistened. Fill 12 muffin liners in muffin tin half full. Bake at 425 degree oven for 15-18 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool and enjoy!!
