Ingredients
1 can each O organic black beans, O organic pinto beans, O organic red kidney beans1 package mc cormick low sodium chilli mixextra cuminextra chilli powderoreganofresh ground black pepperpink salt1/2 cup of your favorite salsa2 tablespoons tomato paste1 cup water1 pound lean ground beef, turkey or chickenolive oil spray
Directions
saute onion, bell pepper together until onion is clear add ground meat. brown meat add all the seasonings and the salsa and the chilli mix and water. Also add the canned beans. simmer on low heat 45 minutes.
