Coconut Bread, low carb (36g slice)

Ingredients
Coconut flour (80g)Baking powder (1 tsp)Salt (1/2 tspEgg whites (36T or the equiv of 12 egg whitesButter (41g or 3T)Splenda or equiv (2T)
Directions
Combine flour, baking powder, salt. In separate bowl, melt butter and add Splenda and egg whites. Add dry ingredients and whisk until the batter is smooth with no lumps.

Spread in 8x4" greased load pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. To brown the top, turn oven on low broil until desired golden brown color is achieved.

Cool on rack.
