GF banana walnut pancakes

Ingredients
Gluten Free Rolled Oats, 72 gram(s) Walnuts, 28 grams Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large Banana, fresh, 65 grams Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, 2 oz Baking Soda, .5 tsp
Directions
Put oats in food processor, pulse until ground to about medium consistency. Add walnuts, soda, banana, egg and milk, mixing each ingredient in before adding others. Cook on a hot griddle, using about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.

Serving Size: Makes 5 pancakes, approximate 1/4 cup
