Egg Salad w/ bacon

Ingredients
EggsLight MayoDijon MustardBacon crumbles (optional)Onion powder (to taste)Garlic powder (to taste)
Directions
Hard boil the eggs then cool them in ice water.

Once cooled and the shells are removed place in large mixing bowl. I have found that using a potato masher works really well for "chopping" or mashing the eggs.

Once mashed, add mayo, mustard and bacon. Then sprinkle in the garlic and onion powder to taste.

Refrigerate overnight.
