sugar free blueberry pudding

Ingredients
1 cup splenda 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon3 Tablespoons cornstarch2 eggs2 cups skim milk2/3 cup blueberry's blended in food processor1 tsp vanilla
Directions
blend splenda, cinnamon and cornstarch in a saucepan. In a food processor blend blueberries till they are no longer whole. Add mild and egg and process just till blended. Slowly add liquid mix to dry mix in the saucepan. Cook till bubbly and thick, stirring the entire time. This will thicken more as it cools.

Serving Size: divide into 4 equal portions, apox 2/3-3/4 cup
