Shipwrecked (Gally Slop)

Ingredients
1 box Mac & Cheese (used Annie's Oganic for Nutrition value)1 lb. extra lean ground beef1 med. fresh tomato, diced (keep juices)1 cup frozen peas (or carrot/pea mix)1 cup non fat milk
Directions
Brown extra lean ground beef in skillet.

Stir in milk, pasta, sauce pack, frozen peas, and the diced tomato. Lower heat to med. & cover.
Simmer, stiring occasionaly untill pasta is tender. (10-15min.)

Let stand till it thickens (3-5min.), and serve.
