Indian Okra

Ingredients
1 large onion2 bags of Frozen Okra (20 ounces)1 Large tomato2 Tbsps of olive oil2 tablespoons of Vegetable Masala Spice mix1/2 water
Directions
saute onions in oil. Add tomato,okra,water and spices. Cook until tender. Don't stir too much as it will get stringy.
