Easy Crispy Baked Chicken

Chicken breast, boneless, skinless 3 oz. filet to an inch or so. 1oz Milk, 1%1/4 cup whole wheat flour1/4 regular or Italian Panko crumbs1t Parmesan cheese, Kraft. Pam cooking spray
Preheat oven to 325. Add whole wheat flour to a small ziplock bag. Add dry spices, except cheese.
Dip chicken in milk and then place in bag. Toss to coat well.
Remove from bag and press into Panko crumbs.
Using a spoon carefully sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of chicken.
Line baking sheet with non stick foil.
Place chicken on baking sheet and lightly spray with Pam.
Bake in oven for 15-20 min, depending on thickness. Check after 15 to make sure all pink is gone.
Serving Size: Recipe is calculated for 1 serving, but can be easily changed to your needed quantity.
