Bean Taco w/Avocado

Ingredients
1 King Size 7" Corn Tortilla (heated)1/4 cup warm refried beans1/4 small avocado, around 2 tbsp2 tbsp pico de gallo or chopped onions and tomatoeshot sauce to tastecooked, chopped zucchini optional
Directions
Heat up the beans in the microwave. Optionally smear oil on one side of the tortilla and fry in a skillet, covered with a lid to retain the steam. You can also just heat it without oil right on the flame.

Smear avocado on the tortilla, then plop in the beans, cover with the pico de gallo, salsa, shredded lettuce if you want. Steamed zucchini also makes a good addition.
