Easy Enchiladas

Ingredients
Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz Refried beans, vegetarian, 1 cup Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, one packageFlour Tortillas, 7 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia)Cheddar Cheese, 2 cup, shredded La Victoria Enchilada Sauce, one 10oz can
Directions
Preheat oven to 360 degrees. In a 9x13 pan, spray nonstick cooking spray and then spread 1/3 of enchilada sauce evenly on the bottom.

Cook ground turkey and prepare with seasoning as directed on package.

Spread portion of beans onto a tortilla, add cheese and meat. Roll up and place in the pan. Continue doing this until pan is full (reserve 1/2c cheese). After placing all enchiladas in pan, pour and spread remaining sauce over them and top with remaining cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes or until everything is well heated.
