Chocolate Pudding Cake

Ingredients
1/2 c reduced fat baking mix (bisquick)2 T sugar2 T baking unsweetened cocoa3 T 1% milk1/2 tsp vanillaTopping:3 T brown sugar1 T baking unsweetened cocoa1/2 c boiling water Fat Free Ice Cream or Fat Free Whipped Topping Opt. not included in calories
Directions
In a small bowl, combine baking mix, sugar and cocoa. STir in milk and vanilla. Spoon into two greased 8-10oz. custard cups. For topping, combine the brown sugar and cocoa in a bowl. Stir in boiling water. Pour over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into cake layer comes out clean. Yield: 2 servings. Optional: Fat Free cool whip or ice cream.
