Greek Shepard's Salad

Ingredients
Ingredients:Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 large whole (3" dia)Cucumber (peeled), 1 large (8-1/4" long) Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped *Athenos Reduced Fat Feta Cheese, 2 oz *Balsamic Vinegar, 3 tbsp Kalamata, Green Olives, pitted, 4 oz
Directions
Chop all vegetables, mix, cover and refrigerate.
Use as a side salad, in a pita or beneath a salmon steak. Many uses!
Lasts about 4 days in the refrigerator. But use ASAP for best crunch.
