Ingredients
10-15 Tomatillos 4-6 cloves garlictwo onions sliced Jalp. chick stock water pork loin trimmed and cubed oregano evoo butterhominy drained
Directions
boil tomatillos and jalp in water until slightly soft, drain and put into food processor. At same time sautee onions and garlic. When done put in processor with tomatillos. Blend together. In deep sided pan or dutch over brown pork in EVOO butter mix ( I use the same pan I used for saute onions) when browned add in tomatillo mix, water and chicken stock.
