Barely-Candied Steamed Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
1 medium sweet potato, rawCinnamonNutmeg1/2 tablespoon honey
Directions
Wash and thinly slice sweet potato. Place in heat-proof dish that will fit in steamer. Sprinkle with a very light dusting of cinnamon, and just a hint of nutmeg. Steam for approximately 20 minutes - time will vary depending on your steamer temperature and thickness of slices. When soft and done, drizzle with honey. Serves one.
