Low-fat Country Cornbread

Ingredients
1.5 cups cornmeal of choice (I use buttermilk)1 cup 1% milk0.5 cups chicken broth1 tbsp low fat mayo3 tbsp country crock margarine
Directions
Mix all ingredients until well blended. Pour into lightly greased, HOT cast iron pan. Cook for 45 minutes at 400 or until brown. Take out, let cool, enjoy!!
