Blueberry Muffins - 100% whole grain

Ingredients
Grind 1/2 cup Oatmeal into flour1 cup Whole Wheat Flour2 tsp. baking powder1/4 tsp. salt1/4 C Canola Oil1 egg1/2 cup 2% milk1 cup blueberries
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine dry ingredients, stir in oil, egg, milk. Fold in berries last. Fill greased or paper lined muffin pans 2/3 full. Turn oven down to 350 degrees. Bake 15-20 mins. Do not overbake.
