Asian Coleslaw Salad

Ingredients
Salad:1 pkg of bagged coleslaw3 scallions, chopped1 cup sunflower seeds3 pkgs. uncooked Ramen NoodlesDressing:1 cup oil1/3 cup white vinegar1/4 cup sugar
Directions
Mix coleslaw, scallions sunflower seeds together.
Crush Ramen noodless into small pieces with a rolling pin. Add Ramen noodles to salad mix (not the Ramen spice)
Mix together the oil, vinegar and sugar in a separate bowl.
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix thoroughly.
Refrigerate for a couple of hours, then serve.
