Three Bean Salad

Ingredients
1lb fresh green beans1 1/2 cups canned garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed1 1/2 cups canned dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed1 small red onion, diced1/2 cup vegetable oil1/2 cup rice vinegarsalt and pepper
Directions
Cut green beans into 1" pieces. Steam and cool (run under cold water in colander to cool more quickly and stop cooking process). In glass measuring cup whisk together oil, vinegar, and salt and pepper. In bowl with tight fitting lid combine all ingredients and shake to coat. Chill for 1-2 hours before serving.
