Low Carb Coconut Flour Cinnamon Bites

Ingredients
Bites:1/3 Cup Coconut Flour1/4 tsp baking soda2 Tbsp granulated splenda1 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp salt2 large eggs1/4 Cup oilTopping1/4 cup melted butter2 Tbsp granulated Splenda1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Pre heat oven to 350
Mix bites ingredients in medium bowl
Roll into 12 balls
place in lined muffin pan
bake @ 350 for 12-14 mins or until cooked thru
Allow to cool completly
brush with melted butter
and roll in cinnamon/splenda blend
