Coconut Energy Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup Coconut Oil1/2 cup packed Brown Sugar1/4 cup Granulated Sugar2/3 cup shredded Coconut3/4 cup Oatmeal (plain)1 large egg 2 tbsp Flax Seed10 pecan halves 3/4 cup AP Flour1 tsp Almond Extract1 tsp Baking Soda2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Beat solid coconut oil with sugar and almond extract. Beat in egg. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Drop by spoon onto cookie sheet, bake at 350 degree fahrenheit for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
