Cauliflower salad

Ingredients
Cauliflower 1-2 whole steamed and florets chopped into large chunks1 medium shallot diced finelyCelery 2 large stalks choppedhardboiled eggs 4 choppedplain greek yogurt 3 ouncesHellmans mayonaise approx. 6 tbsp.Dijon mustard 3 tsp.dill pickles, low sodium i medium choppedDill pickle juice 2 tbsp.black pepper 1 tsp.Paprika 1 tsp.Parsley, fresh 1 tbsp. chopped
Directions
Steamed cauliflower until tender soft. Let cool and then cut flowerets into chunks. Dice shallot, celery, hardboiled eggs, pickle and parsley. Add to cooled cauliflower chunks. Mix, mayonaise, yogurt, mustard, pickle juice, and seasonings. Add to bowl and toss ingredients to coat vegetables.
