vegetable tomato soup

Ingredients
whole onion chopped2 cups cauliflower sauted in 1 tbs olive oil 2 cups hy vee brand frozen fiesta vegetables1 can whole tomatoes1 can diced tomatoes with spices2 cups chopped roasted chicken breast raw spinach napa cabbage4 cups water
Directions
Roast chicken breast in the oven cut into small pieces
put chicken in water and allow to boil
add canned tomatoes
add frozen fiesta vegetables
saute cauliflower in oil
add cauliflower to soup
cook for 10 minutes
