Greek Pasta Salad

12 oz. beef summer sausage, chopped in 1/2 in. pieces6 oz. feta cheese1 16 oz. bottle Farmer Boy Restaurant Greek Dressing12 oz. Ronzoni Rotini Pasta, cooked1/2 c. chopped red onion1 4 oz. can chopped black olives1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved3-4 cups chopped fresh baby spinach(I chiffonade mine, but regular chopped is fine, too)
1. Place summer sausage, feta and 1/2 dressing in a 16 oz. ziploc bag. Allow to marinate overnight.
2. Cook pasta according to directions on box. Cool under running water and drain.
3. Combine marinated sausage and feta, pasta and remaining ingredients and mix well.
4. Refrigerate.
