combine apple cider with chopped apples, dates to get a smooth puree. add more water or cider as needed. Add in dry ingredients until it comes together. Form balls and dehydrate for 6-8 hours until there is a crust that forms on the outside. Can drizzle with honey and/or dip in coconut
