Whole wheat bourbon banana bread

Ingredients
1.5 cups whole wheat pastry flour2/3 cups light brown sugar4 medium bananas mashed4 oz low fat plan greek yogurt1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce1/4 bittersweet mini-morsel chocolate chips2 tbsp ground flaxseed1 tbsp bourbon1 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg1/8 tsp (or dash) cloves1 tsp baking powder
Directions
combine all ingredients except chocolate chips and pour into 9" loaf pan, sprinkle chips on top, bake in preheated oven at 350 for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean and top is golden
