Cheeseburger Salad

1 small onion divided2 plum tomatoes1 lbs 95% lean ground beef 1/2 cup dill pickles, diced3/4 cup ketchup1 TBSP yellow mustard1 cup shredded cheddar cheese8 cups thinly sliced Romaine lettuce
1. Brown Ground Beef - drain.
2. Slice onion in half - dice 1 of the halves - cut the other half into rings and set aside.
3. Add ketchup, mustard, diced pickles and diced onions to browned ground beef.
4. Heat through.
5. Layer lettuce, beef mixture, onion, cheese and tomatoes.
Serve with a toasted light hamburger bun if desired. (hamburger bun not counted in the calorie calculation)
