Campfire egg scramble

Ingredients
5 eggs1/4 raw onion, sliced1 yellow bell pepper, sliced2 slices cheese1 diced roma tomato1/5 cup cooked pinto beans1 cup diced ham chunks2 tbsp butter/margerine
Directions
In a steel pan, melt the butter over the fire. Add onion, pepper, and tomato, cook until soft. Add beans and ham, cook until heated through. Crack eggs into pan, and scramble over fire. Add cheese in pieces as it cooks. Stir often, it is ready when there is no more loose liquid and eggs are set.
