Easy Jambalaya

Ingredients
1 box of Jambalaya Rice Mix1 pkg of Butterball Turkey Smoked Sausage1 can Chunk Chicken Breast
Directions
In a large saucepan, cooke rice as pkg directs usually takes about 25 minutes. While rice is cooking, slice the turkey sausage thin and then saute in a skillet until nicely brown. Drain the fat from the sausage and mix with the can of white chicken. Then when the rice is done, mix the sausage and chicken mixture with the rice. Cover and let heat for a few min.

This goes great with some frozen green beans sauted in the same pan that you cooked the sausage.

Serves 6-7.
