Ingredients
Beef, top sirloin, 1 oz (remove)Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Zucchini, .5 cup, sliced (remove)Carrots, raw, .5 cup, strips or slices (remove)Parsnips, 0.5 cup slices (remove)Pasta, cooked, .75 oz (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 plum tomato (remove)Garlic, 1 clove (remove)Broccoli, fresh, .25 cup, chopped (remove)Water, tap, 2.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Salt, 1 dash (remove)Pepper 1 dash (remove)
Directions
Cook Beef in water with garlic and dash of salt and pepper then add veggies simmer for an hour til veggies are cooked.
