Donna's Quick Stove Top Lasagna

Ingredients
Mushrooms, fresh, 2.5 cup, pieces or slicesOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips Ground beef, lean, 16 oz *Sauce, Pasta Sauce, Ragu Chunky Garden Style, Tomato, Basil and Italian Cheese, 5 serving water, 2.5 cupsGreat Value Whole Wheat Rotini, 3 cup *2 tsp Italian Seasoning, 1 serving *Kraft Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese, 1 cup
Directions
Cook mushrooms, onions, green peppers, ground beef
over medium heat until beef is no longer pink.
Stir in remaining ingredients except mozzarella. Heat to
boiling, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat to medium; simmer uncovered for 10
minutes or until pasta is tender.
Sprinkle with cheese. let stand 2 minutes.
