Roasted Garlic Head, no oil

Ingredients
Head of garlic4 dashes of sea saltAluminum Foil
Directions
Heat oven to 450 degrees.
Peel the outermost layer of skin from the head of garlic.
Cut about half an inch off the top of the head of garlic.
Sprinkle with sea salt.
Wrap in aluminum foil and place in oven for an hour.
Open aluminum foil and eat on bread, use in recipes, or eat by itself.
