Grandma's Meatloaf with Spanish Rice

meatloaf:1 lb lean ground turkey1 green pepper1 onion2 slices aunt millie's fiber for life bread1/2 cup skim milk1 cup catsupsalt and pepperRice:1 cup long grain brown rice2 cans stewed tomatos1 green pepper1 onion, diced1 cup water
Mix meatloaf ingredients into a loaf, put three holes in the top and fill with catsup. Spread catsup over the top.
2. Bake for 20 minutes and prepare the spanish rice.
3. Mix all rice ingredients together and spread around the meatloaf after the 20 minutes.
4. Cook until the meat and rice are done.
note: If the rice needs more liquid add catsup and water and put it in.
