Zucchini Turkey Lasagna

Ingredients
Garlic powder, 1 tspItalian Seasoning, 2 tspRicotta cheese, fat-free, 8 ozCheese, Mozzarella Cheese, Fat/Free, Shredded Kraft, 1 cupTomato Sauce, 1 cupGround Turkey - 97% fat free extra lean white turkey, 20 ozZucchini, 2 cup, sliced thinSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Serving Size: 1/4 Pan
Preheat over to 400 degrees. Slice Zucchini into 1/4 inch long slices. Salt and Pepper Place on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Brown ground turkey then mix with tomatoe sauce and italian seasoning. In a 9x9 pan layer sauce mix, ricatta cheese, 3/4 cup of mozzarella cheese, and zuchhini until all is used. End wih sauce mix and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Reduce oven to 350 and bake for 45 minutes.
