Baked Lemon Cake Pudding

Ingredients
6 T all purpose flour1/4 tsp salt6 T lemon juice1 1/2 C 2% milk1 1/2 C Equal (or sugar - add calories)1 T grated lemon zest3 large eggs separated
Directions
In large bowl combine flour, sugar, salt.
Medium bowl wisk zest, juice, egg yolks & milk.
Add to flour mixture. In separate bowl beat egg whites til stiff. Fold them into lemon mixture. Pour batter into greased 8"baking dish. Place into larger baking dish and fill with water half way up sides.
BAKE 350F for 45 to 50 minutes
