Orinda's Coconut Cream Pie

Ingredients
Organics Vanilla Pudding and Pie Mix 1 egg, well beaten2 cups of 2% milkalmost one cup toasted unsweetened coconutKeebler Graham cracker pie crust.
Directions
Mix and cook pudding mix until it boils and thickens, add a bit to the well beaten egg. Pour that mixture back into the pan and cook until it is even thicker and the egg is fully cooked. Pour into graham cracker pie crust and refrigerate.
