Low carb Mini Chocolate Cakes

Ingredients
Ingredients:¼ x cup almond flour1 x Tbls cocoa powder, unsweetened, highest quality you can get (South Africa, Nomu Brand)¼ x tsp baking powder*2 x Tbl Xylitol2 x Tbls melted butter1 x Tbls water1 x EggMethod: In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients.Divide mixture equally into 3 medium size ramekins, covering the ramekins with plastic wrap. Cut a small slit into the top of each plastic wrapped ramekin and microwave on high for 2 – 3 minutes or until the cake looks set but still moist.Turn out the mini cakes, cool and decorate with whipped cream and fresh strawberries.
Directions
Microwave on high for 2 - 3 minutes.
