Italian Stuffed Bell Pepper

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef2 medium zucchini1 medium onion1 can green beans1 can diced tomatoes2 tbsp pumpkin puree3 red bell peppers3 cloves garlic5 leaves basilsalt and pepper
Directions
Brown the beef with the diced onion and garlic. Add tomatoes, pumpkin and basil. Mix in diced zucchini and green beans. Cook until zucchini is tender. Stuff halved bell peppers and top with cheese.
