2 Garlic Bulbs3 Baking Potatoes (about 1.5 pounds)1/2 pond large mushrooms1/2 pound of baby carrots1 large sweet onion, quartered1/3 cup olive oil2 tsp dried basil2 tsp dried oregano1/2 tsp salt1/2 pound fresh green beans~~ I also have added summer squash, zucchini and for a full meal chicken~~
Seperate Garlic bulbs into clove and peel cloves
Toss together oil, garlic and and all veggies except green beans; place on a lightly greased pan
Bake at 450 for 15 minutes. Stir in green beans. Bake 15 more minutes
