Edamame and Carrot Salad

Ingredients
1.5 cups edamame, shelled and cooked4 medium carrots, peeled and coarsely grated.33 cup thinly sliced green onions2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro2 tbsp rice vinegar2 tbsp fresh lemon juice1 tbsp canola oil1 garlic clove, minced
Directions
Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl. Whisk vinegar, lemon juice, oil and garlic in small bowl to blend. Add to edamame mixture; toss to coat. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Can be made 3 hours ahead, cover and chill.
