Creamy No Cheese Broccoli & Potato Soup

Ingredients
2 tsp Or 2 cubes chicken bouillon2 Cups Hot Water10oz package frozen broccoli, or 4 Cups fresh broccoli, chopped, thawed1 1/2 Cup Fat-Free Milk1 1/5 Tbs minced garlic (I used ready to use)1 medium potato, chopped into small 1/4" pieces
Directions
Mix the chicken bouillon in the hot water until dissolved, add to small crock pot. Add all remaining ingredients. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Once cooked add all of soup mixture to blender and mix well.

Serving Size: Makes 4 1-Cup servings.
