Ingredients
2.5 cups whole wheat flour1 cup warm water1 tsp salt1/2 cup canola oil
Directions
mix together whole wheat flour, salt and oil until blended, add water slowly to make sticky dough. divide the dough into 16 even portions. roll into a ball and flatten. cover with plastic and let sit for 15 minutes to an hour. roll into flat 8 inch tortillas and heat a pan to medium high. Place the tortilla on the pan until it bubbles and flip.
