1 C quick Oats1/2 milk2 TBSP Peanut Butter (I prefer Saratoga PB company's Blizzard Butter with a slight white chocolate flavor)2 scoops Gold Standard Vanilla Whey protein7 crushed pretzel chips1 Tbsp of semi-seet chocolate chipsMix together- place in pan or between wax paper- refrigerate over night! Makes 4 bars
