Ingredients

Directions
Cut tops off and core 6 medium peppers. Blanch peppers in salted boiling water for 5 minutes.
Hand mix beef, whisked egg and all dry ingredients up to tomato sauce. In a separate bowl, mix tomato sauce and all following ingredients. spray baking dish, stuff peppers with beef mixture, then drizzle tomato sauce over peppers. bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
