Zucchini Carrot Feta Crustless Quiche

Ingredients
12 eggs2 medium zucchini1 cup shredded carrots1 container sliced mushrooms (recipe calculated using baby portabellas)2 ounces feta cheeseseasoning to taste (Italian works well)
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 357
Mix all ingredients. Add seasoning to taste.
Pour into 9x13 butter/greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes.
