Ingredients
4 Chicken Breast Halves1/4 cup of lemon juiceabout 2 tbsp Chicken Bouillion powder1 1/2 cups of water 1/2 small onion small dice
Directions
Mix the lemon juice, bouillon, water and chicken in a bowl and let sit in refrigerator until ready to cook.

Dice onion as big or small as you like my kids prefer small.
* If your loved ones don’t like onions use onion powder but then apply this directly to the chicken.

Heat deep frying pan and add 1/2 oil then place each piece of chicken until browned on each side.

Remove chicken from pan add remainder of oil and add onions and cook until tender.

Then add the water lemon bouillon liquid mixture to the onions when heated through place chicken in the liquid and simmer until chicken is cooked through.

I sometimes steam some veggies or cook up some rice to eat beside the chicken the lemon sauce is good on everything!! =D

ENJOY!!!

There was no oil listed in ingredients. I did use 1 Tbsp (tablespoon) in the pan. Great cold cut up on salad! - 12/29/12

Just the right amount of tanginess. Served it up with some garlic-butter pasta that ended up nearly covered in lemon sauce too and that was unexpectedly good as well. - 2/27/11
