2 packages of lime gelatin1 package of vanilla pudding mix1 cup of low fat milkeight ounces low fat cream cheese12 ounces lite cool whip1 cup crushed light vanilla wafers4 tablespoons of low fat margarine
Melt 4 tablespoons of margarine in microwave. Pour cup of cookie crumbs into glass pie pan. Combine well, then mash into pan to make crush. dissolve gelatin in 1,50 cup of hot water. In mixing bowl, mix on high vanilla pudding and milk. Add gelatin and cream cheese and mix well, until light and fluffy. Add cool whip and continue to whip until somewhat stiff. Pour into pie shell, let chill and set in refrigerator for at least an hour before serving. This can easily be converted to sugar free by using sugar free gelatin, pudding mix and sugar free cool whip.
